Assignment #1

Create an email signature file
Create a group in your address book with everyone in class (including the instructor)
Send an email message to the group, with "CIS 101" in the subject line and with important information about you in the body.
Forward one of the messages you get to the instructor. Change the subject to "CIS 101 FORWARD HOMEWORK"

Assignment #2

Go on the WWW and find an interesting site (about anything; use the "search" button to find something interesting).
Copy the address of the site and send it to the instructor in an email message (subject = "CIS 101 WEB SITE")

Be prepared to present that site to the class next week (that is, to bring it up on the computer, to give the class a tour of the site, tell the class what's interesting about the site, etc.
